Booking and Prices

As a guideline prices are as follows:-
Jan – May £450-£500/night
June – September £600-700/night
October – November £450-£500/night
December-January  £700/night

Prices are negotiable based on length of stay. Minimum stay is 5 days.

50% payment required on booking, with remaining 50% before picking up keys for check-in. A deposit of £2000 will be taken against damages. Fully refundable after inspection of the house after checkout.  All deposit claims and issues will be dealt with in a fair and gentlemanly manner. In the event of cancellation the 50% booking fee is non refundable except for in exceptional circumstances, and if another booking is found.  These are the exact same terms as Airbnb…. but without the fees.
