Location location location. Five Minute walk to Hyde park and Harrods. Very comfortable and well equipped home. A welcome Gift of basic food was in fridge. Andy is a super host. Beds very Comfortable . Wash basin in each BR and a piano in living area a Hugh plus Plan to book in future visits to London.
Wow! What an incredible time we had staying in this beautiful, perfectly located flat in central London. We had nine extended family members (including 2 teens and my mom who uses a wheelchair) who traveled from the US for Thanksgiving week. We entertained our British relatives in the flat, were able to walk to many attractions, restaurants, pubs, shopping, etc. Andy was prompt and thorough in responding to any questions and with relaying information about the keys, trash removal, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had breakfast in the flat each day as well as several other meals over the week. The neighborhood was very safe and surprisingly peaceful and quiet. This property is perfect for a London getaway.
We had a spectacular family vacation at this beautiful home. All was as advertised and the home is gorgeous, location perfect, convenient to so many things our family wanted to do. Andy was a gracious and responsive host and we couldn’t be more delighted with our stay.
A beautiful house in a fantastic location was the setting for our group of 9 friends for a short 5 day London break. Making reservation was smooth and Andy was in constant communication and replied promptly even over the time difference during the initial communiques. The property was as described and very comfortable. I had some of the best, most restful sleeps in the main bedroom due to the very good mattress. The heated flooring was much needed as night temperatures headed south (early January ’16). Spend a few minutes looking around the space and you can see that it’s a home and should be respected as such. The host provided a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift and the kitchen has essentials in the fridge (bread, butter, marmalade, tea, coffee, milk) and is properly appointed with all the main appliances and flatware you could want. If you’re looking for a house to accommodate a large group of 9 people, you don’t need to look any further. Highly recommended.
Great experience, The house is perfect if you have a big family just like me. Its location is amazing. Even so well located, so central and live, you dont hear anything from the outside. Really quiet neighborhood. Everything works in the house and Andy is always hands on to help you if you need (happened 2 times in 3 weeks). I certainly recommend.
Andy was a welcoming and responsive host. The location was extremely convenient with easy access to the tube. There was plenty of room for our family of five and the flat offered all the amenities we needed during our stay.
Our group of 5 stayed at Andy’s house for 5 nights, it was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Check in/out was very easy. There is plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy. Fantastic kitchen if you choose to stay in for the night. Andy left some essential supplies for us, which included a bottle of wine – this was a very nice touch! The showers have the best pressure and plenty of hot water – hard to find in London!! We can’t recommend Andy’s place more highly for a group travelling to London!
The house was very nice, and furnished with style. Including a piano with tail! The neighborhood, affluent if we judge from the parked cars, quite peaceful, close to Hyde park. My younger child wished we live at this home every time we visit London.
This home couldn’t have been better fit for our family holiday in London. We loved it! There is plenty of sleeping space, and comfortable living and dining room areas when everyone comes together. And the modern kitchen is well-equipped…even a Nespresso maker. The hidden gem is the third floor bedroom with outdoor balcony space. Andy responded quickly to questions during the planning process. He’s a great host and I would highly recommend this property.
Everything from our initial interaction with Andy through our entire stay was wonderful. Andy was extremely helpful with getting to the apartment and all the details. The home was the perfect location for our family of 9. There are five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The kitchen is full equipped and we were able to cook dinner and have every breakfast at the home. There is a grocery five minutes away. Taxis can be hailed within a few minute walk. My 73 year old mothers was able to maneuver that stairs easily. The third floor balcony/deck is delightful at night. We went to the deck for drinks at night and as a place to gather and enjoy the view. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful place for a large family or couples to stay. Such a beautiful home and great care by Andy. Thank you for making our trip to London.
